- Ensure other IRs are aware of the Code of Ethics and put them to practice at all times.
- Carry out business relationships in a lawful manner, with courtesy, integrity, and in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
- Make sure other IRs are well informed of laws applicable to the business and duties of an IR.
- Keep confidential and never unethically use information that may be of detriment to another IR’s business.
