There’s no celebration children look forward to more than their birthdays, and QNET Hong Kong helped make this event even more amazing for children of the Changing Young Lives Foundation (CYLF) by hosting an epic birthday party they will remember for a long time.
The underprivileged children who benefit from the CYLF programmes had a fun filled time with QNET staff who organised a myriad of games for them to participate in. The children were also given a mosaic picture frame kit each, to design their own photo frame for their birthday photos.
The celebration was joined by QNET Chairman Richard Zinkiewicz and QI Group Director of Finance and Planning Cathy Zhou, who both enjoyed spending time with these children, and were happy to see such joy and positivity in them. QI Group Chief Financial Officer Gary Zhang said, “It was great to spend time with the kids on their special day. They were lovely and energetic. I am grateful to be part of an organisation that cares. Hopefully, QNET Hong Kong left them with some happy memories to cherish forever.”
CYLF is dedicated to serving underprivileged children and young people in Hong Kong and the Mainland by providing them with free educational and developmental programs. The programmes are designed to also empower individuals with skills to realise their full potential in order to lead happy and productive lives. To date, the Foundation has changed the lives of 37,466 children, teenagers and adults.
